As we begin 2025, New Capital Link is proud to announce the launch of our newest initiative, The New Capital Link Foundation. This dedicated division will focus on supporting local and national charities through donations and volunteer work.
Our Monthly Charity Programme
Each month, we select a charitable organisation to support based on causes that resonate with our staff and valued clients. Our contributions take the form of either physical donations or volunteer work, tailored to each charity’s specific needs.
January 2025: Supporting CHESS Homeless
For our inaugural month, the urgent need was clear. As the UK faced severe weather conditions with temperatures dropping below -12°C and widespread snow blizzards, we chose to support CHESS, a vital homeless charity serving the Chelmsford community.
Through direct consultation with CHESS, we learned that while they had received generous food and toiletry donations, they faced critical capacity challenges in their overnight accommodation programme. With severe weather forecasted, we responded by providing thermal sleeping bags and windshield tents – essential items for those unable to access indoor shelter. The impact was immediate, with all units being claimed the same day they were delivered.
